Refund policy
Our refund policy allows you to request a refund within 7 days of purchasing a subscription. To initiate a refund, you can either email us at info@lsvm.ca or send a written request to our physical address at 1020 rue Bouvier, Suite 400, Québec (QC) Canada G2K 0K9. Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you used to contact us. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@lsvm.ca.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Please note that we are unable to process refunds for sale items, free items, or gift cards. This includes applications purchased at a 100% discount or received for free as part of a promotion. If you purchased an application and received another application at a discounted price or for free as part of a promotion, you will forfeit the license for the discounted or free application if you request a refund for the purchased application that granted you access to the promotion. Additionally, all of our services, including training, are non-refundable.

Exchanges
You are able to exchange an application for another one of equivalent value or lower, but this can only be done once per year.
