Process after payment is cleared
Once you make a purchase, whether it's a subscription or a one-time purchase, we will provide you with a link to our Terms & Conditions and a License Agreement through PandaDoc® for you to review and digitally sign. After we receive confirmation that you have signed the document, you will receive an invitation from the platform hosting our applications (OpenAsApp GmbH) to create your account. Once your account is created, you will have access to all the applications you have purchased from our store. The entire process usually takes around 24 hours before you can begin using the applications you have purchased.
If you choose to add additional applications to your plan, we will simply update the License Agreement which you will need to sign again via PandaDoc®. Once you have signed the revised document, the new applications will immediately appear in your OpenAsApp account with the others you've already bought.
