Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or a one-time purchase. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you buy an access to an application for a one year duration. The only difference is the frequency of the payment, either you have chosen to pay for one year upfront or by 12 monthly installments for the price displayed at the time of buying. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged each year for the yearly plan, or monthly for the monthly plan, unless you choose to cancel 30 days before the automatic renewal which is programmed to happen on a yearly basis. If you choose not to cancel, your subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you will be able to cancel it after reaching the minimum required number of payments. The minimum number of required payments for a yearly subscription is one (1).  The minimum number of required payments for a monthly subscription is twelve (12). If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it in our customer portal. Your order confirmation emails will contain links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our refund policy for more details on refunds.

One-time purchase
The "One-time purchase" option allows you to buy access to an application for a duration of one month only. This option doesn't involve automatic renewal or require a minimum number of payments. It operates on a pay-as-you-go basis. Once the 30-day period expires, the license will no longer be accessible. To renew, you can choose to purchase again with the one-time purchase option, or opt for a one-year commitment if you need the application more frequently.
